  • 10 affordable housing units (offsite)

Pedestrian Environment

In an effort to improve the area’s walkability, the proposed development will incorporate several public spaces including a corner plaza and a mid-block plaza, connecting Irving Park Rd. and Milwaukee Ave. In addition, a bicycle lane, shared bicycle station and on-street parking will be added, while 900 less cars per day will traverse this area than the previously approved plan.
