The proposed $130M mixed-use development will include the following features and amenities:
- Approximately 45,000 sf of grocery-anchored retail
- 258 senior residences
- 11 affordable housing units (on-site)
- Public plazas
- Mid-block connection
- Approximately 215 off-street parking spaces plus street parking
- Access to shared bicycle station
In an effort to improve the area’s walkability, the proposed development will incorporate several public spaces including a corner plaza and a mid-block plaza, connecting Irving Park Rd. and Milwaukee Ave. In addition, a bicycle lane, shared bicycle station and on-street parking will be added, while 1200 less cars per day will traverse this area than the previously approved plan.
